• We take the bus to the South of Cusco, to the town of Cusipata where breakfast
waits for us (2 hrs).
• We continue the trip by enjoying the landscape of the area: picturesque towns,
lagoons and mountains (2 hrs).
• We start the walk to the archaeological center of Waqrapukara (3 hrs, 5 mi).
• The guide explains the history and rituals that take place in the area.
• We visit the Gateway of the Sun "INTI PUNKU", the Central Square/Main Plaza,
the towers and other Inca constructions within Waqrapukara.
• You enjoy free time to explore the place and take spectacular photos with
views of the Apurimac River and the Waqrapukara Fortress.
• We start the return walk along a new path ¨Saint Lucía¨, where transportation
