Explore the Andes Mountain Range and discover this turquoise lake fed by the snow-capped Humantay mountain in a journey that will reveal beautiful landscapes from beginning to end.
Your adventure begins with a trip to the town of Mollepata where you will refuel with a good local breakfast, to then head to the ancient community of Soraypampa. From here we will start the hour-and-a-half walk toward Humantay Lake’s location.
On this route you will enjoy the view of majestic mountains and snowcapped mountains until reaching the lake, famous for its turquoise color. Take your charged camera because you will have time to save this magical memory with your best angles.
On the way back we will recover with a good typical Soraypampa lunch, we will share our experiences and get ready to return to Cusco.
