This adventure challenge will take you rafting down the Urubamba River in Cusco, and you will witness the vast nature surrounding it. You will end your experience relaxing in a sauna or ziplining through the mountains.
You will leave very early on a tourist transport toward the town of Cusipata, where our professional river guides will give you the training needed for the best rafting experience.
You will also receive all the necessary equipment to ensure your safety while enjoying rafting. You do not need previous experience to enjoy this adventure.
Then we will go to Chuquicahuana, where you will begin the rafting with class II and III rapids. We will paddle downstream for 01:45 hours while enjoying the landscapes surrounded by mountains and nature.
We will finish our adventure in Cusipata, where we will savor a hot local lunch and then we’ll choose between enjoying a comforting sauna or completing the adventure by ziplining between mountains downhill.

• Do I need previous rafting experience?
You don’t need experience, but you must follow all the guide's instructions to avoid
accidents.
• Will we be joined by a safety kayak or kataraf?
Yes, you will be accompanied by a safety kayak or kataraf at all times.
• What is the best season for rafting?
From April to November (dry season in Cusco) the river is not as abundant as in the
rainy season, which makes rafting a safe activity.
• The Zipline is also known as tyrolean or canopy.
• The Vilcanota River, where we do the rafting, is fed by the famous Amazon River.
